Grant is the franchise owner here at Belvoir Long Eaton. Grants background is in accounting and he worked in that industry for many years before moving on to a career in property lettings. After originally starting his business from home, this year Grant is celebrating 11 years within the industry!
Rob Hall - Assistant Manager
Rob started with Belvoir as an apprentice over 7 years ago and has done various roles within the office over that time. Today Robs main responsibilities are market appraisals, looking after our portfolio of landlords, expanding the business, marketing, training staff and standing in for other members of staff where necessary.
Lynn Greenfield - Senior Lettings Negotiator / administrator
Lynn has been working within the Lettings industry for over 12 years, including running a Belvoir franchise of her own! Lynn joined Belvoir Long Eaton in 2006 and Landlords who have been with us for many years will know her best as a Property Manager. Lynn is now working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator and her main responsibilities are advertising properties, conducting viewings, giving landlords feedback, referencing tenants and setting up tenancy paperwork.
Natasha Lee - Property Manager
Natasha Joined us in February 14, her background is in retail. Natasha has taken to property management like a duck to water and has already had some great feedback! Natasha's main responsibilities are dealing with maintenance issues, periodic visits, move outs and preparing properties for re-let
Francesca Barlow-Goodall - Lettings Negotiator / Administrator
Francesca is our newest member of the team, she joined us after working in the banking sector for over 4 years. Like Natasha, Francesca has taken to her new job brilliantly and is receiving great feedback from our clients! Francesca's main responsibilities are advertising properties, conducting viewings and giving landlords feedback, referencing tenants and setting up tenancy paperwork.
