Finding The Right Property?
When you contact our office our helpful and friendly staff will take some details and find out what type of property you are looking for. Once we have your profile we will add your details to our database which will match you with any suitable properties. These details can be sent to you by post, fax or e-mail, whichever is your preference. We can then arrange viewings of any properties you are interested in. There is no charge for this service.
Applications and Referencing
Once you have decided on a property to rent we will guide you through our application and referencing process. This can all be done on line if you prefer.
When you move into your new home we will arrange delivery of a free welcome pack containing all the essentials for move in day, (tea, coffee, sugar etc.). We will also notify all the utility companies on your behalf leaving you free to settle into your new home.
Rent & Deposit
All rents are due calendar monthly in advance by standing order from a U.K. bank account. All deposit monies are registered with DPS. Please see the Tenants Deposits page for more details.
During your Tenancy we aim to deal with any maintenance that arises as soon as possible. You will be given a direct e-mail address solely for reporting repairs and an 'out of hours' mobile number, to enable us to react quickly. We use only professional contractors to carry out maintenance.
