Belvoir shortlisted in five categories at the Landlord & Letting Agents Awards 2011

Belvoir Lettings is delighted to announce that the Belvoir group and four individual offices have been selected as finalists in the Landlord & Letting Agent Awards 2011.

Reena Patel, Belvoir marketing manager says: “2011 has been a great year for Belvoir. We won three national awards in the first half of the year and have been shortlisted for eight more with an additional two at the bfa Franchisee of the Year Awards later this month.

“The Landlord & Letting Agent Awards recognise industry achievements in the private rented sector and this is a testament to the professionalism, hard work and commitment of the entire Belvoir network.

“Mike Jones and Andrew Lowery from Belvoir Basingstoke have been shortlisted for Letting Agent of the Year in the South East, Denise Rhodes of Belvoir Paisley has been shortlisted for Letting Agent of the Year in Scotland and Rosemary Millican of Belvoir Macclesfield is shortlisted for Letting Agent of the Year in the North West.

“In addition, Major and Bal Mahil of Belvoir Birmingham Centraland Belvoir Erdington are shortlisted for the Customer Service Award and the Belvoir Group is shortlisted for Campaigner of the Year in recognition of the company’s role in developing the highly successful new SAFEagent Kitemark scheme.

“The results of the Landlord & Letting Agent Awards will be announced at a black tie ceremony at the NEC, Birmingham on 16th November and we are keeping our fingers crossed that Belvoir’s winning streak will continue.”
