20/10/2009 - Belvoir confirms rise in rental figures for third consecutive month

Figures released by Belvoir, one of the UK’s largest independent specialist lettings agencies, reveal a rise in rental figures for the third consecutive month this year.

“Belvoir has over 140 franchises nationwide and the Belvoir rental index figures for October 2009 shows that the small but significant upturn in rental figures we noted in August and September has continued for a third month,” confirms Mike Goddard, CEO of Belvoir. “This is fantastic news, particularly as the annualized figure has accelerated to 10.5%. This consolidates the fact that the trend for declining rents appears to have reversed and Belvoir offices across the country are now seeing a steady but and strong upward movement in rents.”
