Council LOSES High Court Battle on Licensing!

Hyndburn Council which covers a relatively small area of Accrngton near Blackburn, has been defeated in a High Court ruling over the introduction of Selective Licensing.The judge ruled that both the consultation process AND the designation of the area proposed were unlawful.
