From TODAY, anyone with access to an iPhone will be able to search for rented properties by downloading the new Belvoir iPhone app from the iTunes store. The app has benefits mainly for tenants but also for landlords – see below:

The iPhone app will allow tenants to do the following:

Search and view details and pictures of properties around the whole of the UK

Detect the user’s current location and find properties available within that area in a list or on a map

Give the option to call or email Belvoir directly from the app

Shortlist properties to view later

E-mail a friend with the property details with a link to the property on our website

The app will also help Belvoir Landlords in the following ways:

Act as yet another marketing tool to advertise their properties

Show we are providing an easy option for tenants to look for properties while they are on the move

Expanding the audience we currently reach out to and ensure we get the right person in the right property

Tenants can contact us while they are near the property rather than from a PC

We are the FIRST National Lettings Specialist to have an App!!

To get the app:

From your iPhone

You need to open the App Store

Search for Belvoir

Press Install to get the free app

(Please note: Although there is NO charge for downloading the app from the iTunes store or using it, network charges for data may apply - please check with your network provider.)

From your PC/Laptop

Click on this link Apple iPhone/iPad APP Store

If you do not have iTunes, the link will take you to a screen to download iTunes, once you have downloaded iTunes, search for Belvoir in the App store and download the app.

Sync your iPhone with the PC and this will transfer the app to your iPhone.
