Bobby Singh Braich – Managing Director

Bobby has been working in lettings from the young age of 16, whereby he started helping with his family portfolio. Bobby then went onto De Montfort University to study Business and Finance. He has used his skills and understanding to quickly progress in the lettings sector. With over 15 years of experience, Bobby has a sharp eye for growth within the lettings industry, and is able to adapt quickly to the industry needs and legislation changes. Bobby aims to provide his clients with first class service and advice. He is also Kettering born and very knowledgeable of the local area, its current development and changes that are taking place. He works behind the scenes to ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and needs are met.

Christine Kaur – Lettings Consultant

Christine has been with Belvoir for nearly three years as a Lettings Consultant. Christines knowledge within lettings ensures a smooth process for all parties involved when letting out or renting a property. Christine is also bilingual, enabling her to communicate with many different people fluently. In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with family and friends whilst eating different cuisines and experiencing different cultures.

Victoria Liddington – Business Developer

Victoria is the newest member of our team, bringing with her a wealth of experience. Victoria is Belvoir’s business developer for our Kettering. She has spent the past year building a portfolio from a cold start lettings branch and is looking forward to getting stuck in here at Belvoir. In her spare time Victoria enjoys being in the countryside as much as possible as well as catching up with her friends.
