At the same time they operate under the highest standards of professional conduct following required procedures by the franchise licence.

Each office has full support available from the national Central Office located in the prestigious offices of The Old Courthouse, 60A London Road, Grantham in Lincolnshire. This means that offices are supported by a series of products and services unique to BELVOIR agents. These include market leading insurance packages and a dedicated legal helpline for offices to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.

BELVOIR believe it is essential to specialise in lettings only to ensure that our offices are independent when it comes to property appraisals prior to investment and to make sure the sometimes complex task of lettings is made simple and clear for landlords and tenants on a day to day basis.

History of BELVOIR

BELVOIR Group was founded in 1994 when Wing Commander Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie began their planning for a Residential Letting Agency in Lincolnshire. The aim was to create a service which was professional yet personal and which exceeded the expectations of Landlords and Tenants alike. Drawing on their extensive experience and applying their strict standards of quality and customer care they launched BELVOIR Property Management in February 1995.

The pilot business was based near Grantham in Lincolnshire and is now run as a fully-fledged, and very successful, Company owned outlet.
