Belvoir Group was founded in 1994 when Wing Commander Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie began their planning for a Residential Letting Agency in Lincolnshire. The aim was to create a service which was professional yet personal and which exceeded the expectations of Landlords and Tenants alike.

Drawing on their extensive experience and applying their strict standards of quality and customer care they launched Belvoir Property Management in February 1995.


The pilot business was based near Grantham in Lincolnshire and is now run as a fully-fledged, and very successful, Company owned outlet.
Belvoir Group now ranks as the fastest growing letting franchise in the UK with more than 80 outlets in areas as far a field as Moray in Scotland and Portsmouth in the South of England, with more scheduled to open in the next few months.

Each local Belvoir Property Management Agency is owned and personally managed by local owners, operating under licence from Belvoir Property Management (UK) Ltd. This provides the best possible service to Landlords and Tenants. The local owners personally manage all essential aspects of the letting. At the same time they operate under the highest standards of professional conduct and procedures as required by the franchise licence.
Each agency also has the full backing of the national Head Office located in the prestigious offices of Belvoir House, London Road, Grantham in Lincolnshire.
