This has the dual effect of increasing the agent’s cash flow whilst making it harder for the landlord to assess the true cost of the service; neither of which are beneficial to the landlord.
At Belvoir we have a totally transparent charging structure that we constantly monitor to ensure we are the most cost effective agent in your area.
We offer 3 levels of service and our charges are:
INTRODUCTION ONLY SERVICE – ¾ OF ONE MONTHS RENT AS FINDERS FEE
RENT COLLECT SERVICE – 8% OF THE GROSS MONTHLY RENT (NO FINDERS FEE)
FULLY MANAGED SERVICE – 10% OF THE GROSS MONTHLY RENT (NO FINDERS FEE)
(all fees are subject to VAT)
WE DO NOT CHARGE RENEWAL FEES FOR OUR MANAGED PROPERTIES OR EXISTING TENANT RENEWALS.
