Belvoir! Sheffield is preparing to bid farewell to its best ever year as 2009 draws to a close. The city-centre based property management and Sheffield lettings specialist was recently awarded the coveted ‘Gold Franchise of the Year’ title, beating out competition from almost 145 other Belvoir! offices around the country.

Located at 1 Paradise Square, Belvoir! Sheffield was opened three years ago by managing director Rick Flay. The past twelve months have been some of the best ever with record numbers of Sheffield properties let to new tenants. Belvoir!
