• Liaise with all parties during the purchasing process to manage the process on your behalf
• Prepare buildings and contents insurance quotations for the protection of your investment from your date of purchase, including any immediate periods of vacancy
• Commence marketing of your property in preparation for completion of sale and availability for letting
