Located in a leafy suburb you are a just a short walk from the city yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to study.

Quite simply this isn't typical student living. There are no generic long corridors with an eagle eyed porter watching your every move or neighbours who you get on the wrong side of because you woke up their newborn.

Apart from the odd bird and squirrel, everyone at Norfolk Park Village is a student.

Full gas central heating and UPVC double glazing keep you warm and snug as nights draw in.

Luxury – stunning kitchens. Our designers were so bored of Beech they choose Black Gloss and Light Olive Wood Grain units with walnut coloured worktops. Appliances are integrated leaving a centre piece glass and chrome extractor with hob.

Each kitchen has the usual fridge, freezer, oven but also washer/drier. No more lugging clothes off to the laundrette.

No expense has been spared even down to chrome switches in the kitchen/living rooms (one of my personal favourites, even my kitchen doesn't have these!). Halogen spot lights are standard throughout.

Bedrooms all have brand new 3/4 sized beds, desk and wardrobe.

Each bedroom is CAT cabled providing the fastest available internet connection (currently up to 10Mb/s) with IPTV pumping all the freeview channels to your PC without any set top boxes and gaming access for PlayStation, X-Box and Wii. (subject to contract).

Bathrooms have powerful mains fed showers, white sanitary ware and extraction.

You are precious that's why the site is fully gated.
Security at Norfolk Park Village has been totally overhauled to include CCTV, smoke and fire detection. Each property has a burglar alarm system and regular 24 hour patrols monitor the site.

Eco friendly security measures are also being implemented including security planting. We are working closely with South Yorkshire Police to implement their recommendations.

The site will be fully gated with coded entry.

A dedicated Village Manager will assist with any repairs, issues or concerns you have whilst living in the Village.

Got wheels? Limited car parking permits are available as we want to keep the village a tranquil place to live.
