12 February 2010 - Healey makes intentions clear - and has a wobble!

In two recent statements, the government minister for housing, MP John Healey, has made the government`s intentions clear on the way forward for regulation of the Private Rented Sector (PRS). Mr Healey has stated that registration for landlords is a `certainty`, although his method of implementation of remains uncertain.

A method of registration, already exists in Scotland, and it is thought this is the most likely method to be adopted.
