Tenants

Finding The Right Property?
When you contact the office there are some questions we need to ask. Once we have your profile we can add your details to our database which will match you with any suitable properties. These details will be sent to you by post, fax or e-mail. We can then arrange viewings of any properties you are interested in. There is no charge for this service.

Preferential Tenant Scheme
By joining our preferential tenant scheme you will recieve details of new properties before they are advertised on the website or newspaper adverts.

Applications and Referencing
There is an application fee of £145.00 for the first Tenant and £45.00 for each subsequent Tenant and any Guarantors. We carry out credit checks with Experian as well as full referencing and will only accept Tenants who pass these checks.

Moving In
Before you can move in to a property all monies due must be paid (allowing time for cheques to clear). We will then arrange a convenient appointment time to sign up the paperwork and to hand over the keys. You will also be issued with an Inventory / Statement of condition with digital photographs.

Rent & Deposit
All rental payments must be by standing order from a UK bank account on the due date stated in the Tenancy Agreement. Fees will be incurred for late payments. All deposit monies are registered with DPS. Please see the Tenants Deposits page for more details.

Maintenance
During your Tenancy we aim to deal with any maintenance that arises as soon as possible. You will be given a direct e-mail address and mobile number solely for reporting repairs to enable us to react quickly. Each repair will be categorised with each category having a timescale for completion. We use only professional contractors to carry out maintenance.
