Finding Tenants
- All Tenants are fully credit checked with Experian and referenced to a high standard and only accepted with a full pass level
- We will draw up all the legal paperwork and arrange the signing of the Tenancy Agreement. We take all meter readings and notify utility companies of change of occupier.
- A full inventory / statement of condition, with digital photographs is issued to the Tenants. The property is checked against this document on move out and any dilapidations / damages are charged for and rectified (fair wear & tear excepted).
- Deposit monies are registered with DPS for the duration of the Tenancy. Please refer to the Deposit page for more details
Repairs
- Tenants have a dedicated e-mail address and 24 hour mobile contact number to report repairs directly, we will then deal with the entire job using either your preferred contractors or our own.
- We will oversee the work and pay all invoices directly from rental income up to a pre-arranged limit.
- We make regular maintenance visits to your property and issue a full report to you.

- For personnel of Her Majesties Armed Forces there are considerable discounts in start up fees.
Insurances
- We can offer Landlords insurances for buildings & contents / rent guarantee which offer very competitive rates and excellent cover.
- All Tenants must have insurance to cover accidental damage to Landlords fixtures and fittings.
