We use several digital colour images for each property including internal pictures of our landlords properties to show them to their best advantage.
Traditional & other marketing - We are the only high street shop front lettings window in the town. All the others advertise only property for sale (because they are estate agents, not lettings specialists) or have a window that is not on a main thoroughfare and does not have our high visibility. Our press advertising is conducted in the local press and Leicester Mercury as required. As part of the largest franchised lettings agent in the UK, we have access to other nearby branches to increase our marketing opportunities for landlords (currently Nottingham branches x 4, Derby x 2, Leicester x 2, Melton Mowbray, Newark, Burton on Trent and others)
