I have used Belvoir for the last couple of years, initially letting just one of my properties with them, I was so happy to receive such a positive service. They are friendly, down to earth and most importantly professional!! Their fully managed service is excellent, I am always contacted with regards to maintenance issues and have found the contractors they use to be fairly priced and the work that has been carried out of a high standard. I now use them for all ten of my properties and I have to say they provide exactly the same service as they did when they had just one of mine to manage, overall I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone!!! I am a tenant and just wished to pass on my thanks and gratitude to John and everybody at Belvoir for their swift action and excellent service regarding the issue with our bathroom floor. I came home on Friday to a superb new bathroom floor which has massively improved that room and makes it look light, spacious and modern.
Ever since we have been tenants at the property, whenever we have had even the slightest issue it has always been dealt with swiftly and professionally, and I have always been kept up to date with the progress of the repairs. Whenever I have spoken to anyone at Belvoir and in particular John, they have been nothing but personable and professional, and I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for everything that has been done so far.
