20 October 2009 - Walk-through Movies

Belvoir Kettering has recently commenced work on introducing ‘Walk-through Movies’ for each new property taken onto the rental market.

We have been analysing trends in the marketplace for sometime and Walk-through Movies are a great way of showing to each prospective tenant a property without necessarily going through the normal procedure of setting up a viewing, conducting a viewing and then requesting feedback.

We believe at Belvoir that such use of efficiencies cater for the ‘new-age’ of tenant; those who use computers for the majority of the day and have laptops at home, helping them to choose properties before they even comptemplate arranging a viewing.

Furthermore, with work lives as busy ever, the allocation of certain times to view for tenants is not particularly straightforward. If you wish to view a currently tenanted property then we must give sufficient notice to the resident tenant, which itself can cause a delay.

On a final note, walk-through movies have the benefit of allowing out-of-town tenants appreciate the surrounding area of a property. For example, does the property have a busy road outside, or is it opposite a park? This type of information would previously not be on the property particulars, but only evident at a viewing. However, by then it may well be too late to find that the surroundings are not to your taste, if you have already set time aside for the viewing.
