Belvoir at 2 Newland Street in Kettering has recently been voted ‘Kettering’s Best Letting Agency’ by a panel of judges from the local community.

Recent improvements at the office include experienced staff who have introduced a referral system for landlords and tenants, in which anyone can refer to Belvoir a landlord or a tenant and will receive £50 M&S voucher.

Also, Belvoir’s tenant ‘moving-in’ process has been streamlined by introducing Jemma Patel, a former senior convenyancer at Shoosmith’s Solicitors in Northampton, to oversee the credit checks and referencing. This now allows Belvoir to move a tenant into a property within 24 hours.

Next on the agenda is Belvoir’s strengths when in comes to corporate lets. The office can offer an ‘all-in’ service whereby for a fixed fee all bills, gardening and a cleaning service can be incorporated. This service is invaluable to companies that formerly would have spent a lot of money on hotel bills for senior staff. Now, they have a dedicated professional property management company that ensures everything is looked after with minimal ‘downtime’ for the corporate tenant.

On a final note, Belvoir Kettering is the first agency in the town to introduce ‘walk-thru movies’. These assist tenants who would otherwise book viewings for properties which may not be suitable. The movies allow tenants to see the property externally and internally and make a more informed decision prior to booking a viewing.
