Although it appears rents have dropped in Kettering, as long as the basic rules for letting such as maintaining a good decor and a well-maintained property, rents should stay the same as those achieved in 2008.

Rents have only fallen where there is an over-supply of similar properties. The hardest hit seems to be new-build flats.
