Full Management
As part of our fully managed service we will collect the monthly rental payments, inspect the property quarterly providing detailed written reports and take care of the ‘nitty gritty` that comes with being a landlord, giving you the peace of mind that both your property and your tenants are well looked after during the tenancy. With our experience and knowledge of the very latest rules and regulations, we`ll also make sure that all legislation and safety regulations are adhered to, so you can rest easy knowing that your property is in safe hands.

Our Property Management team have access to a host of reliable and fully-insured contractors, who are usually available at short notice. All our contractors are regularly vetted to ensure we are providing the very best quality of workmanship and competitive prices. We also have a 24 hour emergency helpline should disaster strike out of hours. Perhaps preferable to you being called by your tenant in the middle of the night or whilst you are sunning yourself on a far-away beach!

All of our Property Managers are qualified through the Guild of Lettings or are in the process of achieving the qualification, ensuring they are in the best position to give you accurate advice throughout the tenancy. Whether it is about ending the tenancy, dealing with the deposit, negotiating the renewal or handling a tricky tenant – our Property Management team will relieve any of the worries associated with letting your property.

Tenant Find
If you wish to undertake management yourself, then our Tenant Find service might be right for you. We offer a free market valuation, advice on legal pitfalls and tips on how to protect your property. We arrange the relevant legal certificates, as well as the providing you with the best proactive marketing, we contact the hundreds of tenants on our database resulting in interest being shown almost instantly.

We will accompany viewings seven days a week 8am – 8pm and, once a suitable tenant has been found, we will conduct an in-depth credit check, obtain employment and landlord references, draw up the tenancy agreements, secure the deposit in accordance with the law, set up future rent payments and bring up to date the utility providers.
