Step 1
Once you have chosen the property you wish to view, we will accompany you on the viewing, our negotiator will hand you a tenant application pack this includes a Tenant Application Form to complete, we will advise you exactly how much money is required at the time of submitting the application.

Step 2
Once you have completed the application form and returned it to us along with the application fee required, we can then proceed with your application as outlined in the tenants application pack.

Step 3
Once you application has been approved, we will contact you to advise and arrange a suitable date for you to move into the property.

Step 4
The day of moving into the property, or before, if this is more convenient for you, the balance of monies is required along with the signing of the tenancy agreement, we will hand over the keys and 2 copies of the inventory for you to take away and sign, one copy has to be returned to the office within 7 days of moving in to the property. There is no need to contact all the utility companies as we will do this process for you.

Your ongoing monthly rent is then paid by standing order and your security deposit will be held in the Government Tenancy Deposit Scheme for financial safety, leaving you a well earned rest!
