Whatever your property, we have the experience to efficiently handle the letting and management.
All new properties are inspected by Jeremy who will offer advice on the letting, type of tenant, rent achievable and ongoing management.
Once let, Chris will deal with your tenant and maintenance issues on a day to day basis liaising with our trusted electricians, builders, plumbers decorators & heating engineers to ensure prompt attention to any issues.
Carole will ensure that rents are paid once received and remits monthly statements to our landlords.
Vanessa is here to assist Chris with the inspections of all managed properties throughout the tenancy. Finally Lisa is with us on a part-time basis to do all the admin required - referencing, tenancy agreements, advertising etc.
