Belvoir Christchurch is owned by Jeremy and Carole. Jeremy has many years of Estate management experience, whilst Carole has a customer service background having worked with a national supermarket chain.
Property management is handled by Chris Buse who has many years experience in the lettings industry and has a reliable group of contractors on hand for any eventuality.
Administration is handled by Vanessa who works 4 days a week and is responsible for most of the paperwork that leaves the office!
Carole ensures that rents are paid on time and that late payments are chased promptly (thankfully a rare event!!)
