We have four different service levels, from a tenant find only up to our fully managed lettings service. Many agents only have two; this allows us to provide you with a more bespoke service to your requirements.
A brief summary of our services:
Our top and most popular service is our fully managed service which includes everything listed in the part managed service, plus regular inspections and maintenance coordination.
Our part managed service includes everything from the let only service, plus monthly rent collection and forwarding to landlords, for peace of mind knowing the rent is paid, and if not we chase this with the tenants for you.
One of our self managed services (Let Only), includes everything from the tenant find service, plus a DVD inventory, preparation of the tenancy agreements and other legal documents, ordering of safety certificates, notifying utility companies and deposit registration. We then handle any disputes over the tenancy deposit return at the end of tenancy.
Our very basic service is the Tenant Find Only; this service includes advertising the property, accompanied viewings and referencing.
We offer a price match solution, if you find like for like service at a lower price elsewhere we will match it. We will also give you the first three months management fee’s free, if we don’t let your property within 30 days*
The Cambridge lettings team has over 11 years experience in the lettings industry, with more experience at our management office in Peterborough. All aspects of the lettings are operated from Cambridge, with the exception of accounts processing.
As landlord’s ourselves we understand the importance of communication, we have learnt and adapted our company’s procedures and ethics to ensure you are given the best support and advice throughout the management of your property.
Belvoir Cambridge has bespoke buildings & contents insurance for your property to cover everything from a water leak to fire to cannabis factories! Our loss of rent and legal expense insurance covers the rent should the tenant fail to pay due to a change in circumstances; the legal fees in evicting the tenant are covered too!

We are an ARLA licensed office. The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) leads the industry in setting and regulating the highest standards in the industry and demands certain levels of professionalism and commitment to customer service from its membership.
Our client account (where the landlords and tenants money is held) is audited in accordance with ARLA Regulations by independent auditors and is bonded by insurance for yours and your tenant’s protection.
We are SAFEagent registered, SAFE is a new campaign set up to make it easy for landlords and tenants to know they are dealing with a professional agency with client money protection and standard which have met a strict criteria.
We are a NALS Member. The National Approved Letting Scheme is a Government funded scheme for accreditation and registration of professional lettings agents.
We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The Property Ombudsman for Lettings can resolve disputes referred by landlords or tenants that relates to lettings and management agents that are members of the Scheme. These agents follow the Code of Practice for Letting Agents.
