Belvoir! Brentwood offer a friendly but professional service with a vast knowledge of the local lettings market. We strive to provide both Landlords and Tenants with a service that exceeds their expectations.

We are proud to be accredited by the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS), a government backed scheme designed to ensure the highest possible standards are met at all times.

We are registered with the Inland Revenue (FICO) to process rents for overseas Landlords.

We use Experian to perform full referencing on all tenants, their checks include: credit history checks, CCJ checks, bankruptcy checks, fraud checks, employer and landlord checks.

We are pleased to offer Landlords Rent and Legal, Landlords Buildings and contents, and Tenants contents insurances, all provided by Clarke Roxburgh. Please ask for further details and quotes.

In line with Government legislation we are registered with The Deposit Protection Service, meaning we can efficiently deal with all aspects of Tenancy Deposit Protection for you.
