It’s official! Not only is Belvoir one of the largest specialist residential lettings agencies in the UK, it has now been awarded Best Lettings Agency Franchise 2010* at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.

The award was judged by industry experts and chaired by The Property Ombudsman with the backing of ARLA. Here’s what their report said: ‘Belvoir is one of the largest franchise operations in the country and one of the few specializing solely in lettings. They have stringent standards for franchisees to adhere to and high quality individuals are only accepted after demonstrating their drive to succeed and their potential to make substantial returns for the group. Belvoir has grown their business across all key areas significantly despite the difficult market and they intend to continue this trend by adding an additional 20 franchisees this year.
