Terms and Conditions

On application, a fee of £50.00 + VAT for the first tenant and £30.00 + VAT for each subsequent tenant will be required. This fee is non-refundable if the tenant fails to proceed for any reason, or if the tenancy fails the credit or reference checks, or if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided on the tenancy application form.
