Belvoir Lettings are now offering a free E-mail valuation service for Landlords. Simply e-mail us a description of your property along with some up to date photographs and we will send you a rental valuation within 24 hours based on our knowledge of the local market.

Simply e-mail Lisa, lisa.curran@belvoirlettings.com, with the following information:-

Property address
Number of reception rooms
Number of bedrooms
Double glazing (Y/N)
Heating type
Garden (Y/N)
Contact phone number

Any pictures you can provide will also assist our valuation, in particular pictures of the kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom and exterior.
